The Senior Director Achievement Leaders are the top eight Senior
Director businesses with the highest contribution index. The contribution
index is the product of the net increase in their organizational Preferred
Customers during the prior 60 days, multiplied by the number of each
Senior Director’s personally enrolled Directors, plus their number of
personally enrolled Preferred Customers. Membership of this elite group
is reviewed monthly. In order to be recognized as a member of this team,
leaders must submit a picture to Melaleuca within one month of the date
of achievement.

In the Spotlight // Rance and Florence Jackson
When Rance and Florence Jackson ran into their
distant cousins at a family reunion, they had no
idea what was coming.
“They went over the presentation with us and shared
the dream,” Rance says. “We decided we would give it a
shot. We wrote down our contact lists on the way home
from the reunion.”
Rance and Florence enrolled on July 1 of this year. A
week after they got home, their cousins came out to do
their first few presentations.
“They drove from Atlanta to Louisiana—a 10-hour
drive—to come and help us get started,” Florence says.
“We shared this with as many people as we could, and we
developed three Directors in our first month.”
After a rocket-fast first month, the Jacksons saw a
massive check from Melaleuca—$5,054.11.
“It was more than we would’ve expected,” Rance says.
“We just had no idea it would be so significant so soon.
Our second check was $9,465.11.”
Having discovered the power of Director
development, Rance and Florence turned to helping
their enrollees achieve similar results.
“When you’ve helped someone get through a
situation where they’ve almost given up, that’s when
you see what you can do with your Melaleuca business,”
Rance says. “In this short period of time, we can already
see how this has been a blessing in others’ lives. That’s
what keeps us motivated—seeing other people we’ve
blessed and helped.
“I’m looking forward to the day when we have 1,000
customers in our organization. For me, that will be our
first real milestone. We’re just excited to—as the saying
goes—‘turn our good life into a great life.’” LT
