Convention Refund Policy:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing. All refunds for convention
registration prior to June 1, 2009, are subject to a $30-per-person
administration fee. Refund requests received between June 1 and June 26,
2009, are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee.* No refunds will be
granted after June 26, 2009, except for documented medical emergencies
accompanied by a medical doctor’s certification. Final deadline for
Melaleuca to review medical emergency exemptions is September 25,
2009. All medical emergency refunds received between June 26 and Sept.
25, 2009, are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee.* All Awards Banquet
refund requests are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee.*
*All tickets and name tags must be returned to Melaleuca before a refund
will be considered.
